SocialNet Training is led by Mike O'Neil its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), a longtime Sales Engineer who brought technology companies and channel partners together to deliver soup-to-nuts business solutions.  This partnership mentality led him to start IA’s B2B off-line networking events and training for the on-line social networks like LinkedIn. Mike has one of the 75 largest networks on LinkedIn (in the world) with well over 11,000 direct connections. SocialNet Training's Chief Operating Officer (COO), Dave Westfall is a 30 year veteran himself with over 3,500 LinkedIn connections that combines nicely with his 14 years at RE/MAX Headquarters including planning and producing over 100 events and helping it become a global powerhouse. Integrated Alliances and its Authorized Resellers hold monthly networking events, workshops and webinars across North America.
